Suggest Medication For Brown Spotting And PCOS

I have PCOS and I m on day 145 of my cycle... I ve never had normal cycles (PCOS issue)... Anyways my question is I ve had brown spotting everyday for almost 2months. Everything is a little different since I had the premature birth to my quints over a year ago. Thank you!
