Suggest Medication For Brown Spotting,stomach And Back Pain

Hello there .I had a period 2 weeks ago I came of , and I had yesterday spotting for 1 day it was red then brown and it stoped also have bad tummy pains along with back pain , today I have quite a lot of clear discharge watery , still have the pains dispite taking pain killers what could this be .
