Suggest Medication For Bruise And Blood Clots On Leg

Hi, i get bruises on my legs that dont hurt all the time and they always have blood clotts in them, or ill have a huge blood clot that turneds into a burises and they last a really long time . what dose that mean? and plus my legs are hurting and tired adn weak all the time
