Suggest Medication For Bruise At The Bottom Of Foot

4 weeks ago I broke my foot (metatarsals). When I broke my foot I had a huge bruise to appear on the bottom. My orthopedic told me I could start putting pressure on the foot. The bruise under the foot had went away but this morning it looks like there is new bleeding under the foot. I am a diabetic and know the healing process will take longer but Im worried about the new bruise. Is this normal in the healing process?
