Suggest Medication For Bump On Calf Muscle Due To A Injury

I was hit in the calf pretty hard about 10 days ago and a bump popped up with a sliver of bruising around the edge, but it's still there, hard bump and hurts when I touch it otherwise causes no pain. No bruising on it now really, just faintly there.
