Suggest Medication For Bumps On The Vaginal Lips Noticed After Shaving

I just noticed I have two kind of like bumps on my vaginal lips. One is bigger than the other, and the bigger one is more of a hard lump/ puss filled bump the other is smaller and also a little hard. The bigger one popped and puss, blood, and a clear substance came out and a little white seed looking thing came out and it got a little harder and bigger. They don t bother me throughout the day it s just a little sore when I touch them. I have recently shaved down there where the bumps occurred and believe it may just be an ingrown hair, but I m not sure due to te fact that I can t seem to find the hair. Please let me know if you did to believe it could be some sort of std I haven t had sex unprotected with anyone so I do not believe it could be but I m still worried thank you and I can t wait to hear back to know if I should seek medical help.
