Suggest Medication For Burning And Itching Sensation From Shoulder Towards Breast

I have had a burning sensation starting in my right shoulder blade (accompanied by itching) that has migrated around to my right breast (not so much itching). Advil seems to relieve the pain but the burning and itching is persistent. Please advise what I should do and what type of physician I should see.
