Suggest Medication For Burning,itching And Foul Odour From Vagina

hi my vagina smells fishy and when it comes out it burns a lot, I try monistat y clotrimazole, but is not working really well, I still feel the symptoms and the itching is awful , I have an appointment for feb 24 2011, but now I have a lot of ictching and cream isn't working what do u suggest?
