Suggest Medication For Burns On Skin From Deep Sea Diving

I was snorkeling / diving yesterday in the Florida Keys approx. 6 - 25 feet of water and encountered multiple jelly fish. I m light skinned and wear a once piece suit. We live in this area. I felt like I was in a mine field I signaled to my husband and we moved to deeper water where we only saw two. When I took a shower last night I noticed several burn like marks. on my stomach. They don t hurt and aren t itchy. If you have any suggestions it would be greatly appreciated. Rebecca

Hi.
As per your case history of burn marks, my treatment advice is -
1. Don't apply soap on the affected part. Just apply plain water.
2. Apply a mild antibiotic cream like fusiderm cream twice daily on it.
3. If it feels itchy later then you can apply a soothing lotion like calamine lotion on it.

Certain marks will remain which will gradually fade off on its own.

Thanks.
