Suggest Medication For Chronic Back Pain And Severe Fibromyalgia

I am on a norspan patch but not having any relief at all. Im on 5mg which 2.5micro grams an Hr. I used to be on the 20gm patch which did help for about 18mths then had allergic reaction to it. Made me itchy and the site was extreamly red. I am already finding site is red after the 7days on this low dose. Are there tablets that do the same, that would be better for me to try. I suffer with a chronic back condition and very severe fybromyalgia. (It is at rest at this time. however i was confinded to bed with it for over a year about 3 mths ago. I am hoping to get back pain under some control before fybro comes again. My back pain is unbearable with the fybro. What do you suggest as an alternative?
