Suggest Medication For Chronic Cough And Cold

Hi doctor,
My 3 year old son is suffering from cold, cough and running nose since september. Consulted a doctor here and doctor infromed that he has allergey and asked to give Montek LC kid tablet daily for 3 months. We gave him for 3 months and stopped. During those 3 months there was some improvement in his health condition.But when we stopped, Cough, and cold started again. There is no change in the situation now.Gave antibiotics , but no use. Please advice what we can do in this situation.

The doctor you consulted has a correct opinion it could be allergy. Consult a pulmonologist / allergist for the same.He will require a detailed evaluation and also regular follow up with the treating doctor is advisable.
