Suggest Medication For Concussion And Headache Due To An Injury

Hello,
I am a 29y/o female. Two weeks ago I suffered a blow to the face from a softball. The hit was on the R side just between the upper lip and nose. I did not lose consciousness, but was close enough that my hearing and sight went for a few moments. In the ER, I was stitched up and sent on my way with no further examination. After 9 days of constant bothersome, but not severe, headaches I went to see my PCP. He checked my reflexes, mouth and lungs, never checking my eyes or nose and said I probably had a concussion. I was given a prescription for Naproxen and Tramadol and told to call if headaches persisted one more week. It's been one week and no relief. What should I do? Contact a Dr. who didn't even look for signs of head injury, or go see someone else?
