Suggest Medication For Constant Pain In Rotator Cuff

I have fraying at my rotator cuff. I've been doing therapy for 6 months. The last 2 on my own. Not always faithful about it, but try to do at least some each day. Painful in the morning, esp. I cant raise my arm while in a supine position. Sometimes at random, I can. Thanks
