Pulmonologist 's  Response
Hello dear, thanks for your question on HCM.
I can understand your problem and situation.
In my opinion, you are having bronchitis.
It is common after partially treated viral upper respiratory tract infection (URTI).
So better to consult pulmonologist and get done
1. Chest x ray
2. PFT (pulmonary function test).
Chest x ray is needed to rule out lung infection as a cause.
PFT is needed to rule out bronchitis. It will also tell you about severity of the disease. And treatment of bronchitis is based on severity only.
So better to consult pulmonologist and first diagnose your problem and then start appropriate treatment.
