Suggest Medication For Cough And Cold In Infants

i have a 1 year old daughter she had started with viral and heavy cold.I had given her Timinic - 8 ml as required.Now in 2 days she had devloped with heavy cough and cold.please advice me the doses in the 1 year age for Wikoryl. if any other adviceable syurp pls suggest.

While Dimetapp liquid may be helpful it sounds like you should have a doctor look at her since she may need antibiotics for this
