Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
The cough has started with the cold, and converted to cough, so it has started as a viral infection, or allergic rhinitis, and super infection has started with bacterial infection.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such such symptoms cifixime, phenylephrine, citrizine, and dextrametarphane.
Avoid taking fruits, juices, ice cream, ice water etc.
wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
