Suggest Medication For Cramps,abdominal Pain,fatigue And Loss Of Appetite

Have suffered with bouts of fatigue past 2 days, sleep for 12-16 hours, chills, no fever then today began stomach cramping.. intestinal. I haven t had much of an appetite and am only able to eat one meal a day. Should I worry. What can be taken to ease the cramping and pain in my abdominal area?

Hi ! Good afternoon. I am Dr Shareef answering your query.

If I were your doctor, I would advise you first not to eat from outside if you do, as your symptoms look like an intestinal infection. I would advise you for a routine stool test and get the infection treated if found positive. Apart from this you could go for paracetamol/acetamenophen for fever or chills. If not relieved, I would suggest you to visit your family physician or the ER of the nearest hospital.
