Suggest Medication For Cyst In Testicle

Hello doctor,
I have a cyst on my right testice, doctor called this Epididymitis, so my urologist doctor told mt to visit after 1 month because the cyst is too small to operate, they suggest me for a surgery, is there is any other way - i mean any medication to recover this problem without any micro surgery...

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Read and understood that you have been suffering from epididymitis. If the surgery has been advised it may be if the cyst is enlarged within the next one month or if the epididymitis does not settle with 1 month of treatment with an antibiotic and supportive therapy.,
You can certainly have one review color doppler and ultrasonography report after 15 days so that the progress can be monitored.
If you have completely the family and if there is complete blockage is present, it is sometimes wise to get the excision of the diseased and incurable part to be removed and also sent for histo-pathology report. This may give a specific reason and may get a curative treatment.
