33 year old female. i was shaving my vagina and butt area when i noticed a pea size cyst-like lump under the skin just to the right of my anus. it doesn't hurt. if i touch it, it goes deeper in the skin. i asked my boyfriend to look at it and he said it is purple. now it has been 2 days and i am constipated. please tell me what it could be.
