Suggest Medication For Dark Circles Under Eye And Nose Bleeds

Hi, I am concerned about my husband. He has been having nose bleeds lately. He also has black cricles around his eyes. He is also waiting up from a full nights sleep, still very tired. Can you please tell me wht the causes of this may be? He is 38 years old.

nose bleeding andlethergy are main problem. hyper tention, can be responsible for both. you can rule out dibetes. for local conditionlike DNSent doctor may check and give his opinion.
