Suggest Medication For Dehydration, Chest Pain And Anxiety

Hi please help me. I keep hearing the doctors say I have anxiety panic attacks. I am taking Zoloft and trozodone before bedtime and cholesterol lowering meds in evening. Last night I felt pain in my chest and excessive sweating, dehydration, feeling like a fever coming, weakness, sleepy but can t sleep due to twitching of arms, neck, back and legs. What do I do?

dehydration can be treated by taking oral re hydration or iv fluid. but it is advisable to have electrolyte balance tested. for anxiety can take counseling from clinical psychologist, and if recomanded can consult psychiatrist. for examination and treatment. yoga and meditation may help you.
