Suggest Medication For Depression With Nose Bleed

ive never really felt depressed before, but last week for two days, i felt really depressed and tried to feel better, and little things that shouldnt bother me bothered me. but i had this wicked nose bleed about two days into my depressed feeling, and it felt like i wasnt depressed at all, and felt very relieved.

I have gone through your question in detail and I can understand what you are going through.
To diagnose a depressive episode the illness has to last for at least 2 weeks. Two days is not sufficient to diagnose depression. Probably that was somestress reaction and the fact that you are fine now, suggests that you dont need any therapy as of now. Regarding the nose bleed you need to see a psychiatrist for the same.
