Hello and welcome to Healthcare Magic. Thanks for your query.

I understand that you are worried about your husband's problems. He is currently on a combination of an anti-depressant (Escitalopram) and an anti-psychotic medication (Olanzapine).

You have not mentioned how well controlled his symptoms are and how long he is on these medication. Now, it is not a good idea to reduce medication on your own without consulting his doctor.

Regarding your inability to concieve, both of you need to have a detailed evaluation to find out the nature and cause of your problem. So, please consult a doctor for a proper evaluation and further management.

Wish you all the best.

Regards,
Dr. Jonas Sundarakumar
