Suggest Medication For Diabetes And Hypertension

I am 55 years old iam a diabatic from last 10 years and having hypertention also and iam suffering with gastrities
(Bloting of abdomine after taking food) and digestion problem, but recently I had a dental problem for that doctor priscribed antibiotics Amox 500mg and Metrogyl 400 mg(metronidazole) after using the medicines my gastrities and bloting problem has reduced conciderbly , is it bacuse of metronidazole? Is the medicine reduce interstain infection.
Kindly advice . I am male working as engineer my regular usae of medicines are Zemer for diabaties,Losakar50 for hypertension.

dear sir I understand your concern.in my opinion the reason for your bolting may be a kind of bacteria living in your intestine called e.amoeba.this will be eradicated by use of your metrogyl..........regards
