Suggest Medication For Diabetes Followed By Back Pain

I am a known diabetic for 9 years now.I take Glucoformin (metformin)SR 1000mg before breakfast and Vobit .3 before lunch and GLUCOFORMIN 1000mg after dinner.I have been taking this medicine for the last 2 months but I found that my fasting blood sugar has gone up and it is 139 and PP sugar is 269.I have developed a low backpain in the bones near the Coccyx.Please advice.I am 47 years of age. Based on your query, my opinion is as follows.
1. Your blood sugar is not under control.
2. Medications needs to be increased along with diet modification. Also moderate exercises and weight reduction is essential.
3. Uncontrolled blood sugar damages multiple organs. These damages are not reversible. Meet our doctor for altering your medications dose. You are already on high dose, think about starting insulin.
4. Backpain could be due to osteoporosis. X-ray is necessary to identify any local pathology. Do back exercises. Meet your doctor to get an X-ray done.
