Suggest Medication For Discolored Bump On The Head Of The Penis

Hello. A single red pimple like spot appeared on the head of my penis. It has not grown and it has not changed in over a week. I have been more active lately exercise wise and was wondering if it could be from sweating more down there. It is barely raised and dose not hurt. It is more of a discolarion then it is a bump, however I am concerned because it was never there before and it has not gone away.

Hi,

Based on the history you have shared, you need to get it reviewed as the painless lesion is of more concern than painful one as to rule out syphilis chancre, etc.

A dermatologist or urologist review may be sought and STD Testing or TORCH screen must be done. Meanwhile using protection during intercourse with barrier methods should be adopted.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
