Suggest Medication For Discomfort In Left Knee Due To A Injury

i have a left leg knee problem since a year.....it happened this way...
i was trying to push the refrigerator to corner on a floor which was slippery....in that position my right leg was in front and left leg was backward....and suddenly due to smoothness on the floor my left leg which was back side went furthur back side up to the knee and the rest part came infromt and i have seen that a bone/muscle bulged out and went back
, but i was able to walk normally...so, i just wen t to bandage spl.. and tied few bandages, but did not take any rest....
it happened nearly a year ago and i still cant run fast cant climb steps......can u plz tel me the solution
