Suggest Medication For Dizziness Due To A Head Injury

My dad collapsed a week ago & hit his head on the pavement. We brought him to the hospital & the doctor said he didn't see anything wrong with his CTScan & MRI. But it's been over a week now & he's still feeling dizzy. Is there something I need to worry ?
