Hello doctor, i'm pregnant (15 weeks), and i'm suffering badly from an itchy cough in both my throat and chest, I don't have mucus, it's a dry itchy cough. It became an allergy. What should i do if i'm pregnant? I'm afraid because i'm pushing down the baby when i cough. Please i need your advice..

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe, it appears to be the infection of the uvula, at the posterior end of the soft palate.
I advise you to consult an E.N.T. surgeon for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms cifixime, phenylephrine, citrizine, dextrometharphan.
Gargle with luke warm salt water for quick relief.
wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
