Suggest Medication For Dry Face With Pimples And Dark Spots In A 26-year-old Women

Hi.. i am 26 and i have dry face with pimples and dark spots and patches all over my face. i used ipill quite few times and after that i developed pimples and gained weight too but dark patches were there on my face from very long time do you think i should go for laser treatment or chemical peel thanks

Hi.
As per your case history of pimples, my treatment advice is -
1. Avoid sun exposure and use a good sunscreen lotion with spf more than 30.
2. Apply an emollient cream like Enmoist cream twice daily for dry skin.
3. Apply a clindamycin gel like Glocin twice daily on affected skin.
4. Other treatment options are oral doxycyline, minocycline and isotretinoin taken only after consulting a dermatologist.
