Suggest Medication For Ear Infection With Low Grade Fever In Infant Twins

hi, i have 8 month old twins. both of them have an ear infection in the right ear. one of them is on antibiotic- augmention duo from sat evening. the other twins ears started oozing a thick yellow substance last evening and he was in a lot of pain. the twin who is on antibiotic also has oozing frm his ear since today morning. both of them have a low grade fever of about 99.please..any suggestions would help
