Suggest Medication For Ear Infection

I had an ear ache and went to the doctor who told me I had an infection in both ears, gave me a Z pack, ear ache returned, I went to an Urgent Care facility and the doctor said both ears again, put me on an antibiotic for 10 days, just finished that prescription 2 days ago, now, the ache is back and the left side of my neck is tender just as it was when I went yo see the doctor. I have a low grade temp that comes and goes. What should I do next? I ve been having these symptoms for about 3 weeks.
