hallo all respected Doctors,
last 1 years i m facing electrical dysfunction, when i am going a sexual relationship then my penis not ericted, i am a diabetes patient, my fasting is 190 and pp is 200 my age is 40, but a long time i was not in a family relationship, please advice me what should i do.

having diabetes also affect sexual power of individual and you have uncontrolled diabetes.
as you told you have erection problem when you are going for sexual relation that means you have psychological erectile dysfunction.
first of all control diabetes and then consult psychiatrist for erectile dysfunction.
