Hello and welcome to HCM,
Hair fall from frontal and temporal region at a young age can be due to
male pattern baldness more likely and dandruff /
fungal infection less likely.
Male pattern baldness is hereditary and hormone associated.
This type of hair fall cannot be reversed but further hair fall can be prevented with appropriate drugs.
Ketoconazole is an anti-fungal preparation effective against dandruff.
However, a clinical assessment is required to know the type of hair loss.
In male pattern baldness minoxidil preparation is usually prescribed.
However, the hair fall resumes once usage of preparation is stopped.
Many cosmetic treatments are available in the form of
hair transplant, PRP etc can be done to correct the baldness.
You may
consult a dermatologist / cosmetologist for detailed information concerning these procedures.
Thanks and take care
