Suggest Medication For Fever Causing Loss Of Appetite & Headache

my son of 8 years is having fever for the last three days. his fever starts increasing after 1pm and reaches to 101 degrees. In the morning hors it is around 99-99.5. chill , cold feet before fever starts increasing, pain, headache, lack of apetite are other symptoms. please advise regards dinesh
