Suggest Medication For Fever Followed By Sickness In The Stomach

hi,,my son,11 months old,has been suffering from mild fever from yesterday onwards,is lethargic and gets irritated easily.i gave him medamol drops for fever. Today he passed normal stool in the morning,but in the afternoon passed mucous like stool.should i give him enterogermina drops?
