Suggest Medication For Fever

Dear Sir, Myself is Sujata. I have a 14 months 4 days baby. Yesterday for his fever (100.5 F) I applied crosin drop 2.5 ml. I crosin Drops packet mention 1-12 months. Today I am concern with a dispensary person he advise me that crosin drops now not appropriate for him, you apply crosin syrup. Today I have again apply crosin drop 2.5 ml. for his fever (100.6 F). After that I have discuss with my babies regular doctor. He advise that 2.5 ml. drops is more for his weight. His weight is 10.5 k.g. He advise crosin drops 1+half droper I can give him 4th time in a full day. If within 2/3 day no recover to shown. Then take him to doctor. Please advise Crosin drops or crosin syrup which one I can apply for his cure
