Suggest Medication For Frequent Cold And Cough

hello Doctor , I'm Ari/28 year/69kg. I'm infected by the cold problem. I have cold, sneezing, coufgh some time. I feel ill due to cold problem frequently. This is becoming usaual for me now a days. Whenerver I take head bath, cold severity is rising .. some time, it becomes flu also. Please tell your opnion why I'm getting cold often, cold preventing technique/medicine ? Thanks.

Hi thanks for contacting team HCM....

I have gone through your query and it seems to be allergic cause.
So you have repeated cold....
Mostly you have cold water or cold weather allergy...

Get your CBC done.
It might show eosinophilia ....

Get your nose examined for DNS or nasal polyp as they also might responsible.

You can take during cold oxymetazoline nasal spray and benadryl to relieve congestion and inflammation.
More water drinking.
While taking bath hot water used...

Avoid exposure to dust , pollen etc....

If needed prophylactic fexofenidine and montelukast can taken....

While cold avoid excess fatty and fried food.

Keep all my suggestion in mind and you can consult doc....
