Hi, I could understand your concern. Nausea and vomiting during early months of pregnancy is known. As far as possible, manage with dry food, non fried food, banana, custard melon, etc. Avoid eggs, fried food, spicy food, etc. Please do not take any medicine on vomiting without consulting your obstetrician as some of them are known to have hazardous effect on the growing baby. Usually, the nausea vomiting of pregnancy stops after 3 months - so it is a question of about one month only. If you cannot tolerate it, please report to your obstetrician. Do not take any medication of your own. Please take care.
