Suggest Medication For Fungal Infection Noticed On Underarms And Vaginal Area

hi i m fm india having skin problem for past 4 -5 year i.e fungus in sweat areas like underarms bikni line centre of fingurs im taking regular treatmnet for that however i got new issue since dec got skin boils on buttak frequenty when i took medicine is ok but aftersomtime again its come.

Welcome to Healthcare Magic Forum 
You seem to have developed a fungal infection , which can be either tinea infection or candidiasis.
You should try to keep the affected region clean and dry .
Do not apply any kind of oils or moisturizing creams over the groin region .
Wear cotton clothes inorder to reduce sweating. 
You need to use an antifungal agent like  Clotrimazole gel over the affected area twice a day. 
Also you might need to take oral antifungals like fluconazole .
And to relieve the itching, take oral antihistamines .
