I am 34 years Old. I got marriage nine months ago but yet not succeeded to intercourse with my wife. My problem is that I have not get erection at my will. In fact I have got treatment from several hakeems. I only get soft erection in the morning after treatment from several hakims. I am very worried. My duty is sitting before computer from early morning till night. My semen report is nearly OK only live count is less as the same are 15.0. I have used several hakimi medicines like capsule zafrani, hub-e-asabi, hub-e-naqrai, hub-e-masakba, hub-e-ambar momiai, hub-e-momiai, patti-bah, tila kimia, majon-e-bah, akseer-e-jigar, takmia, majon ard khurma, safoof-e-mughaliz etc. & several others. Please suggest medicine without side effects. One of the hakeem when seen that there is no any progress then he advised me to take viagra as such only one time I took viagra (USA) but the same was not given result as I have not get erection inspite of taking viagra. It is further to inform you that I only get erection in the morning time which was not so hard and once in a night when my wife take my organ in her hand then one time there is soft erection but not able me to perform sexual intercourse with my wife. I am also suffering with tonsel / throat problem. I have also small insects in my thorax who bite me due to which I used to take vermox tablets once in a month. Please look into the matter and suggest medicines for my sex problem. My problem commonly known as eryctile dysfunction. I have also problem that whenever night fall happened I can not feel the same. I suffered with kidney problem in past. It is further to inform you that one sexologist suggested me for surgery after inspecting my organ as he told that I may not perform sexual intercourse satisfactorily without surgery and if I may able to perform intercourse with the help of medicines then I will discharge within two minutes without satisfying my wife. Now I am using gonadil f capsule and evion capsule and feeling some improvement but still unable to perform intercourse with my wife.
