1. testosterone is concerned/related with chest/beard hair and abnormal level of this androgen result in patchy growth of hair on chest and beard, so ask your doctor about hormonal level of the same, since too less result in stopping of hair growth and too much results in shrinkage of hair follicles.
2. since there is no testosterone test available over the counter, you need to seek advise of doctor.
3. take testosterone supplements only if you are diagnosed with low testosterone, otherwise excess testosterone will be converted into follicle shrinking hormone.
PS. apply Miconazol Nitrate (also known as Daktarin cream) in the morning, after a shower, massage the chest area with Daktarin. This method has been reputed to stimulate the growth of new hair, although not medically verified.
4.
. shave chest every 2-4 weeks [Shaving cuts the hair at its root, where it's thickest; when it grows out, the hair will be thicker for its whole length]
. Rub the onion onto your chest using a circular motion. Once the surface of the onion is dry, cut about 5mm of the onion and continue; this can stimulate hair growth because onions contain sulfur, a mineral known to help with hair growth.
5. keep in mind that:
. Increasing blood flow doesn't increase hair growth
. Unclogging pores won't help you grow hair:while scrubbing away dead skin and unclogging pores is definitely a good thing, it won't help stimulate chest hair growth.
6. Choose alternate system of medicine only after thorough examination and investigations comes normal and under supervision of Ayurveda Physician.
