Suggest Medication For Head Ache & Blurry Vision

I have had a headache all day, area under left cheek bone is tender to touch, piercing pain in area under left eye brow line when pressed with finger, vision in left eye is blurry periodically especially after cold compress is used to reduce pain. Eye sensitivity to the point of stinging, as if allergen induced but not exposed to allergen. No throbbing pain to indicate migraine.
