Suggest Medication For Headache And Arthritis In Neck

I have persistent daily headaches. They are on the top of my head but on the left side not the middle.I take pseudo fed and Tylenol. Which reduce them somewhat. Tremadal work better but there is still a duller headach. It seems to radiate from my neck. I have severe arthritis in my neck

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having cervical spondilits giving this problem.
Regular physiotherapy will be of much value.
Go for short way diathermy.
Cervical traction if advised by your orthopedic surgeon will be helpful.
Avoid keeping pillow under neck while sleeping.
Take calcium and vitamin D supplements.
Ok and take care.
