General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
What problems you are having could be related to two of the following entities.
1. Acid peptic disease (Gastritis).
2. Signs of hypertension.
Kindly get a cardiac work-up done to know the status of your heart and blood pressure.
1. Blood pressure monitoring.
2. Chest x-ray.
3. ECG.
4. Echocardiogram.
5. Fasting glucose levels, Blood Urea, Serum creatinine and Serum electrolytes.
Kindly take consultation with Cardiologist to make sure these symptoms are not related to cardiac abnormality.
In that case, you can overcome gastritis by means of liquid antacids and proton pump inhibitors like Pantoprazole.
Hope the information provided would be helpful.
All the best.
