Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have heart burn, dry cough and breathing difficulty . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query but in your case the symptoms are probably due to asthmatic condition , allergic reaction or acid reflux . I would suggest you to wear mask while working , do warm saline gargles, take anti histamine like benadryl twice a day , eat light and non spicy food specially at night , take light walk after every meal , take antacid after every meal and sleep with your head elevated . Consult allergy specialist for allergic and asthmatic problem and consult gastroenterologist for acid reflux problem . Doctors may recommend immunosuppressants , antibiotics like amoxicillin or penicillin , proton pump inhibitor or H2 blockers .

Hope your concern has been resolved.
