General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Are you a Diabetic? Are you taking any medications? Is this first time are you experiencing high BP?

My suggestion is you can take T.Nifedipine drug BD (twice daily by morning and night after food) for 3 days and it is also advisable to take an ECG and refer a physician.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Indhu Priyadharshini
