Suggest Medication For High Fever

Sir by yesterday evn my one and 1/2 year baby has fever 102 we gave him 5 ml of crocin and his fever down at 99 but after 4 hr again his temp rises upto 102 we gave him maftel 4 ml and his fever downs but now again his tem is around 102 we gave him again maftel one hr ago bt temp is nt coming down as goday is sunday thers isnt any doc available kindly help us
