Suggest Medication For High Fever

Dear Sir, My daughter is 3.8year old and she is suffering from cough & fever. Yesterday we i have taken to hospital and doctor gave 3 syrups for Cought reducer, one aani llergetic & anti biatic. After taking cough is under contol but fever is not gone. Please suggest me a syrup for high fever Regards Ravi
