Suggest Medication For High Fever

My 10 month old has been running 104 fevers for 3 nights been rotating tylenol an ibporphen. With these fevers she has these ticks where her head would kinda jerk slightly an now its sometimes her whole body. She also has breath that smells like rotten eggs
